  • 1 teaspoon coriander powder

  • 10 grams Sesame seed oil

How To Make this quick easy Chicken Cutlet

  • Step 1: Cut boneless chicken into small pieces and grind them in a food grinder.
  • Step 2: Put the ground chicken in a bowl. Add chopped onion, ginger-garlic and green chili paste, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, finely chopped coriander leaves, and salt to taste. Mix everything well by hand until it forms a dough-like mixture.
  • Step 3: Shape the mixture into balls about the size of a lemon, then flatten them into patties.
  • Step 4: Heat a nonstick pan with a little oil. Cook the chicken patties over low to medium heat until they are cooked through and golden brown on both sides. Flip them often to ensure they cook evenly.
