- 100 grams Chopped Broccoli
- 1 Whole egg
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- 30 grams Amaranth flour
- 8 grams of Sesame seed Oil.
How to make Broccoli Fritters
- Grind the Broccoli in a food Processor. Take a big bowl and broccoli and all the other stuff (except oil). Stir it well.
- Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a big pan or skillet on medium-high heat.
- Scoop about 1/4 cup of the mixture into the pan and press it down with the back of the spoon. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Keep doing this until you have used up all the mixture. Do not put too much in the pan at once. Cook them in batches, adding more oil if needed.
- You can eat them warm or put them in the fridge and heat them up later. They will stay good in the fridge for up to 3 days.
