In order to ensure you achieve your health goals, our health kitchen plans are available exclusively to those who have subscribed to our health plans. Your personal health coach coordinates with our health kitchen to send your meals as per your health plans. This combined approach allows us to meet your nutritional needs and simplify your busy schedule.

How can I temporarily pause my Health Kitchen subscription?

Bettr My Health is here to ensure your health journey is as convenient as possible. If you need to pause your health kitchen subscription, kindly notify your health coach at least 48 hours in advance. This will give us ample time to make the necessary arrangements. The days you’ve paused will be carried forward to ensure you continue to receive the full value of your subscription once you’re ready to resume.

What is the delivery cost for Health Kitchen food?

We deliver your healthy meals directly to your doorstep for free! (Serviceable Areas Only)

Does the Health Kitchen operate during weekends?

Yes, we deliver on weekends as well and have only two closures each month, occuring on alternate sundays.
