Ingredients
100gramsChopped Broccoli
1Whole egg
1tbspGinger garlic paste
Salt and pepperto taste
30gramsAmaranth flour
8gramsSesame seed Oil.
Instructions
Grind the Broccoli in a food Processor. Take a big bowl and broccoli and all the other stuff (except oil). Stir it well.
Put 1 tablespoon of oil in a big pan or skillet on medium-high heat.
Scoop about 1/4 cup of the mixture into the pan and press it down with the back of the spoon. Let it cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.
Keep doing this until you have used up all the mixture. Do not put too much in the pan at once. Cook them in batches, adding more oil if needed.
You can eat them warm or put them in the fridge and heat them up later. They will stay good in the fridge for up to 3 days.
