Ingredients
100gramsof Chicken Breastskinless, boneless
1medium-sized Onion
2tablespoonsginger-garlic and green chili paste
Some chopped coriander leaves
1teaspoonpepper powder
1teaspoonred chili powder
1teaspoonturmeric powder
1teaspooncoriander powder
Salt to taste
10gramsSesame seed oil
Instructions
Cut boneless chicken into small pieces and grind them in a food grinder.
Put the ground chicken in a bowl. Add chopped onion, ginger-garlic and green chili paste, coriander powder, red chili powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, finely chopped coriander leaves, and salt to taste. Mix everything well by hand until it forms a dough-like mixture.
Shape the mixture into balls about the size of a lemon, then flatten them into patties.
Heat a nonstick pan with a little oil. Cook the chicken patties over low to medium heat until they are cooked through and golden brown on both sides. Flip them often to ensure they cook evenly.
Once done, your chicken cutlets are ready to be served! Enjoy them with coriander mint chutney on the side.
